Maine Lobster Dip


Maine Lobster Chefs Margaret Salt McLellan 2008 and MacKenzie Arrington 2009 have created this delicious dip for a limited time only. Chef Margaret’s Casco Bay Lobster Dip recipe recently presented on the TODAY SHOW has brought us a flurry of requests for a frozen, pop in the oven version. Here it is!
Two- 10 ounce trays of fresh Maine Lobster meat combined with cream cheese, two other cheeses, proprietary seasonings and topped with almonds, panko and parmesan. Pop in the oven for a quick delicious appetizer or party dip. We recommend serving with Chenin Blanc wine or a crisp Viognier.

Nor'East Haddock Chowder


Bursting with the traditional flavors of Maine, our Haddock Chowder starts with fresh North Atlantic Haddock fillets harvested from the cold waters of the Gulf of Maine. Chef Don Morrison's delicious recipe also includes native potatoes grown on a saltwater farm, Maine Sea Salt, coarse ground pepper, cream and butter from a local family-owned dairy farm, and nitrate-free bacon made in Maine.
